Apply to become a Charity Diplomat

Are you interested in becoming a Charity Ambassador or Consul in your country of residence to help promote and raise funds for orphanages in Africa?

These positions are purely honorary and for humanitarian purposes and there is no remuneration offered. However, you will receive the greatest award of all for your work - the pleasure and satisfaction of helping little people who are in great need and who will be forever grateful for your efforts.

The Orphans in Africa Trustees and Comittee are seeking applications from kind-hearted persons who are active in their own community through their church (of any denomination), school or other helping organisations and are prepared to work hard in their mission to help orphans and street kids.

Our international mission is to appoint Charity Diplomats in all countries worldwide. Each country will have an appointed Ambassador who will hold the post for one year - the post will expire at the end of this period but may be re-newed to the same person at the discretion of the Trustees and Comittee of Orphans in Africa.

The principal mission of a Charity Ambassador in each country is to:

-   Represent and actively promote the donations and support for African orphanages in his or her country.

-   Raise funds for special projects and encourage sponsorship of individual children.

-   Organise local fund-raising events for the benefit of the orphanages.

-   Nominate Charity Consuls in other cities within their country to assist them.

The only criteria we ask for in order for you to be considered as a Charity Ambassador or Consul in your country is that you are a generous and kind-hearted person who loves children and are prepared to spend your spare time and effort actively helping the orphans. You must also agree for your name and email address to be included on our website for your country.

"Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me"

Matthew 18:5

If you are appointed you will receive a letter of Credentials and a virtual medal by email.
